Scope of Services The work to be performed consists, in general, of replacement and/or rehabilitation of up to seventy (70) existing sanitary sewer manholes in the following neighborhoods of central Bakersfield, California: Downtown, Westchester, and Oleander-Sunset. Work will include excavation, trenching, backfill, compaction, concrete work, pavement patching, lining, temporary sewer bypass pumping, and temporary traffic control.
