Design Build-Water Production Electrical Improvements (AEP, B-2 Wells 7&8-B) CIP#95083

Scope of Services City is seeking Proposals from qualified electrical Design-Build Teams for professional services to provide electrical equipment improvements (“Project”) at potable water production and treatment sites. The existing electrical infrastructure is nearing or has exceeded the end of its useful life, is outdated, and is unsupported. Electrical equipment includes programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motor control center (MCC) components, transformers, and general control systems. All electrical engineer and contractor defined associated hardware, electrical efficiency recommendations, and improvement details may be accepted by the City.
