The City of Chino (“CHINO”) is seeking professional services for the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for the Design of a Bridge along Euclid Avenue between SR71 and Pine Avenue just east of SR71. The roadway is subject to frequent flooding during winter months when heavy precipitation occurs in the area. The flooding results in closing the highway for several days forcing motorists to long circuitous detours on other City streets that do not have the capacity to handle the additional traffic.
