The City of Stockton is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to Consultants interested in providing professional engineering services to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) to repair the depth of cover of the 36-inch diameter pipeline crossing the San Joaquin River, known as the (Project). Due to tidal movement and water scouring the bed of the river, the cover above the pipeline has receded and the minimum depth of cover at the river bottom is insufficient to protect the pipe.
