Scope of Work – The scope of the Cuyamaca College State Scheduled Maintenance Mechanical project will include replacing signage at Building Z, adding jackets to the water lines in the MDF room in Building G, replacing backflow preventers at Buildings B & I, repairing pumps, compressor and water heater in Building D. Replacing mechanical units campus wide, adding a reheat coil to AHU-2, adding cold water valves, and retrofitting the Building H fume hood. Replace hot and cold shut-off valves at Building F, and replacing computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units in Building E.
