The contractor will be responsible for all labor, material, tools, equipment, and services necessary for mold and asbestos remediation in the crawl space of Gyms A & B located at the Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road, in Palo Alto, California. The project includes but is not limited to the following: Comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements for mold and asbestos remediation. Set up perimeter asbestos monitoring prior to the start of work and for the duration of the work.
