Scope Of Work The meaning and intention of these specifications, in conjunction with the drawing(s), is to cover a completely installed, fully operating fire sprinkler protection system for the entire building. To accomplish this purpose, the Contractor shall provide all design, materials, equipment and labor necessary and required, and bear all expenses incidental to the satisfactory completion of the work. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to design and install the system so that no interferences exist between the fire protection piping, and equipment and systems installed by other disciplines. Comply with applicable local codes, state and local Fire Marshal’s standards, International Building Code, International Fire Code, and NFPA 13 for installation and design of systems.
