Construction Manager at Risk for the Eureka Operations Complex

Description: The City has an existing corporation yard (corp yard) where the City stores and repairs its fleet vehicles, public works equipment, and maintenance materials, located at 945 West 14th Street, Eureka CA. In addition to storing larger equipment and vehicles, the 3.9-acre existing corp yard serves as daily headquarters for permanent and seasonal staff by providing crew workspace, personal safety equipment, small tools, and communications with radios, work-order technology, GIS database, and similar. Equipment stored at the existing corp yard is critical during emergency events; however, the existing corp yard buildings and facilities are aging and substandard, and the corp yard is located in the Coastal Zone in an area at current risk of liquefaction and tsunami flooding, and at future risk of storm flooding due to sea level rise.
