The items to be included in the Scope of Services are indicated below. All items will be carried out in conjunction with City staff direction, input, and review. CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program Provide marketing and outreach to advertise and promote the Housing Rehabilitation Program. Provide information, consultation, and technical services to the residents regarding the Housing Rehabilitation Program. Review loan applications to determine financial and eligibility status; prepare loan applications for city loan committee approval; identify property deficiencies that need to be addressed as per city of San Clemente guidelines; and order reports, appraisals, or records through a title company and/or escrow company if needed.
