General Scope of Services Professional civil engineering, traffic engineering, and landscape design services are being solicited for proposals from qualified consultants for the following Project: • COLORADO STREET MULTI-MODAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (Exhibit 2) Consultants shall submit a separate package for each project and clearly identify the project name on their submittals. All work for this project is conducted within the Public Right-of-Way or a City Easement. Refer to the Exhibit 3 for the Project Location Map. All work shall be prepared by or under the direction of a licensed Civil Engineer, Traffic Engineer, or Landscape Architect, as applicable, authorized to practice in the State of California.
