Scope of Work The work requested is needed to enhance the landscaping to create a safe environment so children can play without tripping on exposed roots or elevated turf (see project photos in attachment A). The elevation of the grass will need to be installed below the hardscape, and the storm drain raised to allow adequate landscape drainage to occur. The soil and roots on the elevated sections of the play yard will need to be lowered dramatically, and organic soil amendments added. A new 5ft wide concrete pathway to be installed in the middle of the assigned worksite. Lastly, the landscape irrigation will need to be modified to provide 100 % coverage for new turf installation.
