SCOPE OF WORK : The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor and equipment necessary to install all landscape work as indicated in the plans and specifications. B. The landscape work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: Soil preparation including cross ripping of all planting soil. Weed control including an application of a pre-emergent herbicide. Providing import planting topsoil at raised grade planters and/or at planting areas needing fill. Fine grading, conditioning and amending planting topsoil. Installation of turfgrass sod. Planting new trees, plants and ground covers. Tree drainage sump boring and testing. Root Barriers. Installation of mulch. Turfgrass maintenance equipment and training. Sixty (60) day maintenance.
