SCOPE OF SERVICES The following is an outline of the scope of work for the design, permitting, specification, and construction support for the installation of seasonal bioswale wetlands at Burke Heritage Park and bioretention basins at Marengo Yard, dry wells along Marengo Avenue, park and facility improvements, surveying, utility locate, and geotechnical investigation. The scope presented below will be utilized as the baseline to evaluate the proposals received.
