SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for this project is limited to the Bus Wash Building. The Bus Wash Building is single-story and comprises an approximate 8,400 square foot area that includes a brake repair room, a wash bay and a storage room. The walls are finished with concrete masonry units and the ceilings are finished with corrugated metal. The floor is unfinished concrete and the roofing system is finished with built-up asphalt roofing materials.
