SCOPE These specifications describe prefabricated, modular, clear span buildings of a classroom and are intended for DSA approved buildings only. The building unit(s) shall be erected on assigned site(s) complete and ready for use. All modulars shall be new construction. All costs for transportation and installation at the site are to be included in the bid price All modulars on each specific site shall have the same DSA application (A) number. No modulars manufactured and being supplied shall contain any lead or asbestos products.
