SCOPE OF WORK. The price paid for Temporary Traffic Control includes full compensation for performing the scope of work specified in the special provisions and in the CA-MUTCD. The price paid for Temporary Traffic Control includes full compensation for: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals; doing all the work involved including preparation, implementation and maintenance of the traffic and pedestrian control plan; portable changeable message signs; barricades; flaggers; temporary ADA compliant pedestrian ramps; materials used for temporary facilities to maintain public vehicular and pedestrian traffic through the work area and to maintain access to adjacent businesses; placing, removing, storing and maintaining No-Parking signs; temporary signs, construction area signs, project funding signs, and other traffic control devices; flagging; loading, hauling, removing, covering and uncovering construction signs; installing and removing temporary striping; and adjustments of the traffic and pedestrian control plans in the field as determined by the Engineer.
