Scope of Work The selected DBE and its members will be integral members of the overall Project team, along with representatives from the District and agencies having jurisdiction over the Project (“AHJ”), as required. The DBE will be required to work closely with the District, the Construction Manager (hereinafter referred to as “CM”) Owner’s other representatives, and other consultants (hereinafter also sometimes referred to as the “District”), in order to develop design and construction documents that best serve the District’s needs. It is anticipated that multiple meetings will be required to achieve these goals.
