Services requested of the Consultant will be guided by documents identified in the Background (Section II). Examples of activities likely to be conducted by the Consultant include but are not limited to, the following: Strategic development of monitoring activities in support of jurisdictional and WQIP pollution prevention strategies Dry weather storm drain outfall and receiving water monitoring Dry weather continuous flow monitoring, investigation, and source identification at persistently flowing outfalls Wet weather storm drain outfall and receiving water outfall monitoring
