Almansor Gymnasium Window Replacement Project

SCOPE OF WORK A. Without invalidating the Contract and without notice to sureties or insurers, the City may at any time, or from time to time order Extra Work, delete Work or otherwise revise the Contract Scope Of Work. In revising said Scope of Work, the City shall have the right and the authority to make minor changes in the Work which can be prosecuted by the Contractor without extra cost so long as the Work is not inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the Bid and Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to increase, decrease, delete the amount of any item and quantity shown in the Schedule of Values and to delete any item from the contract and pay the contractor at the unit prices shown in the Schedule of Values so long as the total amount of all changes does not exceed 25% (plus or minus) of the Total Bid Amount shown in the Bid Schedule. If the change exceeds this percentage, a change order may be negotiated to adjust unit bid prices.
