SCOPE OF WORK Without invalidating the Contract and without notice to sureties or insurers, the City may at any time, or from time to time order Extra Work, delete Work or otherwise revise the Contract Scope Of Work. In revising said Scope of Work, the City shall have the right and the authority to make minor changes in the Work which can be prosecuted by the Contractor without extra cost so long as the Work is not inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the Bid and Contract Documents.
