Acoustic Leak Detection Services Within Sweetwater Authority’s Service Area

The scope of services for completing the comprehensive assessment of the Authority’s distribution system shall be based on satellite imagery findings performed by Utilis in February, April, July, and November 2020. The marked areas in Exhibit “A” represent areas deemed medium or high deficiency levels of pipeline. Proposers shall review the Utilis data and describe in detail the approach for completing the acoustic leak detection work from start to finish, provide detailed tasks in their proposal for completing the work, identify deliverables to the Authority for each task included in their proposal, and include a timeframe for completing each task.
