Scope of Services The scope of services set forth in this Request for Proposals represents an outline of the services which the County anticipates the successful proposer (herein referred to as the Consultant) to perform and is presented for the primary purpose of allowing the County to compare proposals. The precise scope of services to be incorporated into the Independent Contractor Agreement shall be negotiated between the County and the successful Consultant. The County requests that the Consultant suggest changes to the scope of services (as a part of their proposal) if appropriate in order to achieve the County's stated objectives. The scope of services outlined herein is presented as a preliminary scope of services to generally communicate the expectations for the consulting services to be provided by the selected Consultant. It is recommended that Consultants include a detailed scope of services with deliverables, work plan, and schedule as appendices to their proposal.
