2024 Harbor Parking Lot #10 Repairs

SCOPE OF WORK The CONTRACTOR’s primary responsibility is to provide Parking Lot Repairs. The Proposer shall include all Bid Submittal Documents prepared in a clear and concise format in order to demonstrate the Proposer's competence and professional qualifications for the satisfactory performance of the services required. All Bid Submittal Documents shall be typewritten or printed in ink clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instruction for Submitting BIDS. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services and special skills required to perform the Parking Lot Repairs as set forth in this specification and in keeping with the highest standards of quality and performance. All work shall conform to the current Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Greenbook) Parts 2,3, and 4.
