SCOPE OF SERVICES As a first step in the process to design and construct a groundwater recharge and recovery operation adjacent to the Delta Water Treatment Plant, the City is soliciting proposals from qualified geotechnical engineering firms (Proponents) to provide professional consulting services for the design and construction of the groundwater recharge basins at the DWTP site. The primary objective for the Proponent is to partner with the City in creating a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit experienced firms that have expertise in area of groundwater recharge design and its construction. Proponent will be tasked to provide technical support throughout the project for the City. The City will then be soliciting firms to design and construct the groundwater recharge basins in a separate RFP
