SCOPE OF WORK Our investigation was performed in accordance with our proposal dated February 27, 2020. Our scope of work consisted of exploring subsurface conditions at the site by drilling three test borings, performing laboratory testing on selected soil samples, and performing engineering analyses to develop conclusions and recommendations regarding: site seismicity and seismic hazards, including the potential for liquefaction and lateral spreading, and total and differential settlement resulting from liquefaction and/or cyclic densification the most appropriate foundation type(s) for the proposed retaining wall lateral earth pressures for design of the proposed retaining wall site grading and excavation, including criteria for fill quality and compaction
