SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) is requesting proposals from engineering consulting firms to perform a surge analysis of the existing 14- Mile Slough Pump Station, discharge pipelines, and Brookside Estates Pump Station. Please see Figure 1 – Map Exhibit. The Scope of Services for this project will include the following tasks: Task 1 – Surge Analysis Task 2 – Surge Analysis Report and Workshop Task 3 – Project Meetings and Coordination A more detailed description of the anticipated scope is included below. Proposals shall include a breakdown of effort and pricing for each of the tasks.
