Anticipated funding sources for this Project include State of California’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), which is capitalized through a variety of funding sources, including grants from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and state bond proceeds. American Iron and Steel requirements, Davis-Bacon Act, California prevailing wage requirements, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (40 CFR Part 33) apply to this project.
