The referenced project has an established CBE 25% goal; however, subcontractor/supplier bids from Minority/Women/Disadvantaged/Disabled Veteran/Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.

Subcontractor/Supplier Quotes are due by Monday, Aug. 15, 2022, by 2PM.
All quotes are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. (SWI) applicable Standard Subcontract Agreement or Standard Material Purchase Agreement available through the following link: https://stacywitbeck.box.com/v/LACOAdventureParkMBSC. Quotations must be valid for sixty (60) days after the specified contract bid date by the Owner. Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. is signatory to the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Carpenters, and Cement Masons Unions. Non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered by Stacy and Witbeck, Inc.’s union agreements.
If you are a CBE/Minority/Women/Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises, please provide a copy of your certification issued and validated by pertinent agencies with your quote.
All subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance, and worker’s compensation insurance coverage meeting Stacy and Witbeck’s requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the estimator. In addition, subcontractors are required to register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), as required by Public Contract Code Section 1725.5, please furnish DIR number with your quote submittal.
Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/EEO company and is willing to assist qualified certified CBE/Minority/Women/Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises, and other small business certified firms to encourage subcontractor/supplier participation. Subcontractors will be required to provide a 100% performance and a 100% payment bond for the full amount of the subcontract price. Items of work may be broken down into an economically feasible package to encourage participation. Please also provide bond rates with your submitted bids. In some cases, we may be able to provide assistance obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, as well as any related assistance in services to subcontractors who may otherwise be at a disadvantage.
