SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor and equipment necessary to install all landscape work as indicated in the plans and specifications. The landscape work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: Fine grading, conditioning and amending planting topsoil. Installation of turfgrass sod Installation of mulch. Sixty (60) day maintenance. Related Work Specified Elsewhere Contract Drawings, Addenda, general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplemental Conditions, and Division 1 Sections apply to work of this section. Scope of Work The primary purpose of these regional projects is the improvement of water quality of wet and dry weather urban runoff in the downstream receiving waters (i.e. Flood Control Channels and storm drains). This is accomplished primarily by capturing sediments and trash entrained in the runoff and allowing them to settle out. This is supplemented by various monitors, sensors, filters, screens, pumps, settling galleries as well as pre and post treatment systems and water harvesting systems that must be kept in operating condition. The selected firm(s) will operate and maintain the system in such a manner as to capture (within the capabilities of the equipment as designed and installed) 100 percent of dry weather flows and in wet weather and when feasible up to the design capacity of each project per storm event.

Project Description The Project has the following goals: Maintain an updated vegetation community map to adapt the management of the site to changing biological needs. Prepare a habitat monitoring report and template on an annual basis or as otherwise required by the City’s Multiple Habitat Conservation Program Subarea Plan. Field inspection along existing trails, a review and comparison of baseline conditions contained in the 1995 Biological Resources Assessment, and a letter report documenting observations and recommendations. Findings shall be mapped in a report and transmitted to the wildlife agencies by April for the prior year.Consultant would be responsible for conducting a ground-truthing survey of the Conservation Bank to verify existing conditions in relation to the most recent vegetation mapping effort and prepare a biological letter report to be submitted to the City.

SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Ventura, located in the State of California, has a population of 109,000 and is located thirty (30) miles south of Santa Barbara, and sixty (60) miles northwest of Los Angeles. It is a coastal community known for its marina, pier, golf courses, beaches, parks, and passion for art and culture. The City operates under its own charter with the Council-Manager form of government. Ventura is a fullservice city providing police and fire services, parks and recreation, public works, and community development in addition to water treatment and distribution, storm water processing, and wastewater management. The City employs approximately 700 employees.

Scope of Services Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, supervision and equipment necessary to perform work required for regularly scheduled sweeping of contract areas and identified parking lots in the City of Ventura at the frequency and within the timeframes described in the schedule and price sheet. All street sweeping services shall be provided in accordance with all City ordinances and applicable federal, state and local laws. This shall include all licenses, permits and approvals required by regulatory authorities. Equipment used shall meet all California air emission requirements and support reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Contractor’s facility must be within a 30-mile radius of City of Ventura Maintenance Yard, 336 Sanjon Road, Ventura, CA.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Consultant is required to meet the following requirements as outlined in this Scope of Work. Proposals shall demonstrate Consultant’s experience and ability to perform Building, Planning and Fire Development Services, including administration, permit issuance, plan review, inspections, public counter services, application of the City Municipal Code zoning regulations, implementation of the City’s general plan and as-needed support for Code Compliance. The chosen Consultant must have the knowledge, expertise, staff, and availability to perform all the work as specified within this RFP. The following Scope of Work represents the services and responsibilities the successful Consultant will be expected to provide and perform. The City is committed to selecting an excellent consultant that will produce a high-quality work product and deliver a high level of customer service. Should the use of sub‐consultants be proposed by the proposing consultant, they shall be clearly identified and included as part of the proposal in response to this RFP.

ope of Services The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (“Authority”) seeks bids from firms (“Bidder”) for provision of equipment to charge electric ground support equipment (“eGSE”) that is owned and operated by cargo carriers at the Airport. The Authority is seeking a mobile charging solution to maximize flexibility for where eGSE are charged and to avoid installing fixed charging equipment in areas planned for other near-term development. Additionally, the Authority seeks mobile battery storage to provide power to the mobile eGSE chargers. The Authority seeks three (3) towable battery storage carts and three (3) towable charger carts with up to four (4) chargers each to provide a minimum of twenty (20) eGSE charging ports powered by the battery systems (“Equipment and services”) at the San Diego International Airport.

Scope of Services The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (“Authority”) seeks proposals from firms or individuals (“Respondent”) to provide professional environmental site assessment and remediation management services on an on-call, as needed basis at San Diego International Airport (“Airport”). The goal of this solicitation is to retain a Respondent who can self-perform or has the ability to source subcontractors to perform the requested services on an on-call basis.

Scope of Services The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents consist of the Contract, the Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Proposal (including documentation accompanying the Bid Proposal and any post-Bid Proposal documentation submitted before the Notice of Award), the Bonds, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, Reference Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders, and Supplemental Agreements. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations.
