Silicon Valley Power (SVP), the Electric Utility of the City of Santa Clara (“City” or “SVP”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors (“Proposer”) to provide Third Party Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification Program Design and implementation services.
The City of Santa Clara (City) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide Fire Suppression, Alarm, and Gas Detection Maintenance & Repairs with optional Monitoring Services at the sole discretion of the City
This Public Works project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for: Grade crossing improvements at 4th Ave & 5th Ave in the City of San Mateo, CA and Churchill Ave in the City of Palo Alto, CA per the plans and specifications in the Contract Drawings and Specifications. These improvements include: Track panels Pavement markers and markings Sidewalk improvements.
This project involves mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements to the Homeless Shelter located at 1001 Polk Street in San Francisco. The mechanical and plumbing improvements include selective demolition and replacement of HVAC mechanical systems including new fans and VAV boxes controlled by CO2 sensors, design and replacement of the pneumatic controls with direct digital controls, and replacement of the boiler. The scope of work also includes demolition and replacement of rooftop fan penthouse walls and roof; minor structural repair of the structural slab under the Geary, Polk, and Cedar Street sidewalks; and electrical service and lighting improvements. The Homeless Shelter will be occupied and open during construction.
Omnitrans invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the provision of replacement of the existing surveillance system, including all cameras, storage devices, network equipment, and computer systems at the location specified in the scope of work (SOW) in this RFP. In addition, work shall include the testing, maintenance, and repair of the newly installed system. Omnitrans intends to award the infrastructure maintenance and support contract for Five (5) Base Years.
The City is responsible for landscaping maintenance at approximately: 16 park locations, including four sports fields; 15 neighborhood landscape maintenance areas; 5 City buildings; 21 median areas; and various miscellaneous locations in the city.
The vendor must identify the appropriate Meeting Room Technology and include the following in their proposal: Proof of Concept or Pilot – the pilot conference room technology upgrade will be for the City Council Conference room. A quote for POC for the selected technology is required with the vendor’s response to this RFP.
This project includes EXHIBITION DESIGN AND INTERPRETIVE PLANNING SERVICES FOR THE MUSEUM OF RIVERSIDE.
