The City of Redlands (City) is soliciting bids from qualified environmental or waste removal professionals for Homeless Encampment Abatement and General Clean-Up Services. City is seeking a Contractor that will provide homeless encampment abatement and general cleanup and services located within its service area. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, protective clothing/gear, equipment, and expertise for site assessment documentation, clean-up, collecting, removal, and disposal services involving homeless encampment abatement, general clean-up services, and various illegal dump sites.

El Monte Fire Station Utility Undergrounding (Rule 20A) Project

The work consists, in general, in relocating overhead utility lines to
below ground along an approximately 0.75-mile reach of roadway, including the installation of new
utility boxes, vaults, and conduits along and within joint trenches, and all associated work, as
shown on plans and described in the specifications with the title 2024 Underground Utility District
in the Area around El Monte Fire Station and on file in the office of the Town Engineer. Surface
features, including pavement, traffic striping, curb, gutter, sidewalks, driveways, landscaping, etc.,
are to be restored. Water pollution control work and an approved traffic control system have to be
put in place throughout the duration of the Project.

FY 2024 SIDEWALK REPAIR ADA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT‐REBID

Description of Project: Repair of concrete sidewalks, driveways, curb ramps, curbs and gutters on various City streets.
This project will focus repairs in District #1 from Palo Alto Avenue to Forest Avenue and from Alma Street to
Middlefield Road and District #2 from Forest Avenue to Embarcadero Road and from Alma Street to Middlefield
Road. This Project will also address 311 Requests pertaining to drainage issues at various locations through the City.
The work under this contract includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of said concrete and asphalt
pavement, adjustment and installation of catch basins, and all incidental and related work as required by the
Construction Documents herein (Project).
