SacSewer (EchoWater) operates the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility in Elk Grove, CA. SacSewer recently completed construction of the BNR and PEPS facilities as part of the EchoWater Project. Soil erosion has occurred on various earthen slopes adjacent to these newly constructed facilities.

General Work Description: The work to be done consists of site clearing and preparation, grading, block wall and fence removal, and concrete and asphalt concrete removal to prepare for new improvements. New improvements generally include a concrete drive approach and concrete flatwork on site, asphalt parking lot with concrete ADA-accessible parking stalls, signing and pavement marking, fencing, landscape architecture and irrigation, architectural elements including benches, shade structure, bike racks, drinking fountains, parking lot and site lighting. Off-site improvements consist of new curb and gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt paving on N “O” Street and N “N” Street. The project is located south of E Cross Ave, between N “N” St and N “O” St.

SCOPE OF SERVICES Service Provider’s Specified Services: The Service Provider shall perform the services described in Exhibit A (Scope of Work), within the times or by the dates provided for in Exhibit A and pursuant to Article 10 (Prosecution of Work). In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and Exhibit A, the provisions in the body of this Agreement shall control. Cooperation with Sonoma Water: Service Provider shall cooperate with Sonoma Water in the performance of all work hereunder. Service Provider shall coordinate the work with Sonoma Water’s Project Manager.

SCOPE OF WORK The following Scope of Work defines project tasks and assigns each to their respective responsible parties. The following task descriptions are presented as information to assist consultants in preparing a proposal. In general, the scope of services is intended to provide the services required for the design, bidding, and construction support of the project. A detailed scope of services will be incorporated into the negotiated consultant agreement. The Consultant, under the supervision of, and in coordination with the City’s project manager, shall be responsible for the tasks and program/document requirements
