LIMONITE AVENUE GAP CLOSURE PROJECT

The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following Construction of a new bridge crossing the Cucamonga Creek Channel connecting two existing segments of Limonite Avenue within the City of Eastvale. Improvements include the following A new wide flanged girder bridge on pier wall foundations inside the Cucamonga Creek including decorative hardscape concrete features, barriers, and railing throughout the bridge.

UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS)

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit and select Contractor(s) to furnish and replace two (2) existing uninterruptible power supply for the Police Department facility located at 211 South First Street Alhambra, CA 91801. Services are to include the installation of two UPS systems, maintenance, and administration of upgrades.

GVRD RECREATION OFFICE REMODEL

Demolish remaining items in offices, Remodel offices, site work. Provide and install all new electrical, plumbing, AV, Finishes, building envelope, mechanical systems, etc. Obtain all local jurisdiction approvals required for certificate of occupancy prior to Notice of Completion

DESIGN SERVICES FOR WATER TREATMENT PLANTS ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The selected experienced and qualified engineering firm will be tasked to provide electrical engineering design services for the replacement and upgrade water treatment plants, motor control centers, switchboards, standby power systems and power quality monitoring equipment. The Proposer will provide the services in accordance with Section 5. Preliminary Scope of Services.

INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEM PROGRAMMING, SERVICE, AND MAINTENANCE

The Proposer shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, tax, apparatus, facilities, labor, transportation, supervision, and management not provided by Valley Water, to complete the work described in this RFP. The successful Proposer will provide detailed in the Scope of Services.

Markham School Pedestrian Improvements

The general description of work includes: construction of new sidewalk and replacing residential driveways, install city furnished radar feedback signs.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES TO COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR KAWANA SPRINGS COMMUNITY PARK

Kawana Springs Community Park is a proposed 19.2-acre Community Park located within the southeast quadrant of Santa Rosa, between Kawana Springs Road and Kawana Terrace. The site is bisected by Kawana Springs Creek and contains an existing wetland mitigation area constructed as part of the adjacent subdivision and maintained by the City of Santa Rosa Water Department. Taylor Mountain Regional Park and Open Space Preserve, owned and operated by Sonoma County Regional Parks, is located adjacent to and south of the park site.
