General Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, appliances, and equipment for, and do all the work as set forth herein. Said work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents as defined in the City’s Notice Inviting Sealed Bids or Proposals, which include, but is not limited to, the plans, specifications, and standards on file in the office of the Public Works Supervisor, and in accordance with the proposal and Contractor’s bid, as accepted by the City Council, on file in the office of the City Clerk, and in accordance with the instructions of the Public Works Supervisor.
