Description of Project: The project is located at the Lucie Stern Community Center at 1305 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto. The contractor will remove and save existing clay tile roofing (approximately 17,524 SF) and copper gutters. Remove and dispose of underlayment. Repair all dry rot. Install new underlayment. Reinstall copper gutters and clay tile roofing. See specifications and drawings for a detailed scope of work.
