It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara – Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Fencing Repairs on an “as needed” basis (“Contract”). The term contract shall only be used for repair work and replacement of currently existing structures with County approved equivalents. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year unless terminated or otherwise amended.
