SCOPE OF WORK Act as an advocate for LACOE and communicate with management on constructability or inability to move a project forward Gather and aggregate information to summarize all details, insert answers from experts and bring it all together Provide feedback on planning and design based on projected constructability and best practices Facilitate team meetings including scheduling and creating the agenda Communicate with design team, consultants, and internal staff on all phases of the project Establish and communicate expectations particularly timelines and milestones to ensure on-time final proposal delivery Create and verify cost estimates Answer questions during the public bid processEvaluate public bids Solve problems that arise, clear roadblocks, manage bottlenecks, bridge gaps and correct blind spots to keep the project moving forward Facilitate communication between steps and ensure that tasks move forward to the next person
