The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting engineering firms that are highly qualified in water, wastewater and recycled water treatment, wastewater collections, water distribution, operations, regulatory compliance, permitting, optimization, and construction phase services. The intent is to issue 5-year agreement(s) for up to $1,000,000 with each qualified firm. Repair, maintain, or replace worn, damaged, or potentially faulty components in signal cabinets. Repair, maintain, or replace signal cabinets and/or components that exceed the useful life. Repair, maintain, or replace traffic signal wiring. Repair, maintain, or replace traffic signal detector loops. Repair, maintain, or replace video detection equipment. Repair, maintain, or replace fiber and/or twisted pair traffic signal interconnect and conduit. For any fiber activity, Contractor shall be required to provide certification or subcontractor certified to work on fiber optic cables and equipment. 10. Any Work on service pedestals shall include reinstating electrical power to that service pedestal. Provide temporary signaling equipment. Obtain all necessary permits to complete any Task Order.

Scope of Maintenance Services The work may take place in any location throughout the City as designated by the Project Manager. This on-call contract may be utilized by all divisions or departments throughout the City. The Contractor shall provide on-call maintenance and minor repair of landscaped areas and irrigation systems located within the City of Oxnard as requested through Task Order. Such services may include but are not limited to: Inspect irrigation systems and identify required maintenance needs. Repair, maintain, or replace worn, damaged, or potentially faulty components in irrigation systems. Convert current irrigation systems. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Oxnard (City) is requesting proposals from experienced consulting engineering firms to prepare ASCE 41 Tier 1 and 2 Seismic Evaluations for the Oxnard Carnegie Art Museum. The purpose of the Tier 1, screening portion of the study is to establish a probable level of damage during a seismic event and possible deficiencies in the existing structure. Developing an understanding of the structure’s current life-safety level of protection will provide the City with the ability to mitigate life-safety and potential economic loss in the likelihood of a large seismic event. The purpose of the Tier 2, Deficiency-Based Evaluation and Retrofit portion of the study is to provide additional analysis and evaluation of all the potential deficiencies identified in the Tier 1 screening (denoted by either “Noncompliant” or “Unknown” responses in the Tier 1 checklists). The additional analysis and evaluation of each potential deficiency shall be sufficient to either confirm the deficiency or demonstrate the adequacy of the structure as it relates to the potential deficiency.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION Contractor shall provide transport and disposal services of Class B biosolids from the Oxnard Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) to a legally permitted disposal or beneficial reuse site in compliance with 40 CFR Part 503 and any other applicable federal, state, or local regulations. Contractor shall satisfy the following operational conditions: Contractor shall follow the baseline schedule as set forth in attachment (A) for the transport of biosolids. Scheduled hauling shall occur Monday through Saturday, and Sunday if requested by the City. The schedule may be changed by either party through a mutually agreeable modification. Contractor shall abide by all laws, regulations, safety rules, and practices at the WRRF and disposal site.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of Oxnard is requesting proposals from experienced construction management firms to provide construction support services including, daily/special inspection, contract administration, and managing daily project progress. The work included in the Oxnard Groundwater Desalter Improvement Project will be performed at the site of the City of Oxnard GREAT Program Desalter at 251 South Hayes Street, Oxnard, CA 93030. The work will be conducted within the existing footprints of the Desalter main process building. The scope includes upgrades to existing treatment process equipment at the facility. These upgrades include the removal and replacement of existing grating on the exposed piping trenches. Removal and replacement of the RO membrane elements in the three existing RO membrane trains. Removal and replacement of existing RO train modulating control valves and actuators. Removal and replacement of several open/closed valves and actuators on the RO trains. Removal and replacement of the existing RO train magnetic flow meters. Demolition of the existing RO membrane cleaning and neutralization systems and replacement with new equipment. Replacement of existing combination air relief valves on the facility cartridge filters.
