GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK It is anticipated that installation, repair or replacement of flooring may be needed at school sites and various departments during the contract period. The District does not guarantee a minimum volume of work; however, the cumulative value of work will be approximately $600,000.00 and will be dependent on budgetary allocations and District needs. Awarded Bidder shall furnish all necessary services at various locations throughout the District as needed. Work will be scheduled as needed and based on priority during the contract period.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and utility and transportation services, and perform and complete all work required in connection with Bid No. 23/24-1686i District Food Service Office Modernization Building 23 & 25 (“Project”) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents enumerated in Article 7 below. The Contractor shall be liable to the District for any damages arising as a result of a failure to comply with that obligation, and the Contractor shall not be excused with respect to any failure to so comply by an act or omission of the Architect, Engineer, Inspector, Division of the State Architect (DSA), or representative of any of them, unless such act or omission actually prevents the Contractor from fully complying with the Contract Documents and the Contractor protests, in accordance with the Contract Documents, that the act or omission is preventing the Contractor from fully complying with the Contract Documents. Such protest shall not be effective unless reduced to writing and filed with the District office within seven (5) days of the date of occurrence of such act or omission preventing the Contractor from fully complying with the Contract Documents.

Scope of Work An asbestos-containing building material (ACBM) survey of the Property was completed at the request of Mr. Brian J. Liabeuf of Fontana Unified School District The purpose of the survey was to locate and identify accessible asbestos-containing materials on the interior and exterior of the buildings that may be disturbed by potential renovations. The survey was also intended to report an estimate of the quantity of identified ACM, the existing condition of the ACM, and to make recommendations based upon the findings of the inspection.

Scope of Work: Power monitoring will be accomplished by accessing existing ERCOT grade revenue metering and/or by the installation of a separate power meter/switch gear interface. Write programming for server based data extraction software. Install software onto Web-Access server. Verify and commission program functionality from the central site computer. Utility reporting will monitor and record consumption at user definable increments. Utility reporting will generate reports based on user definable timeframes. Monitoring Data shall be extracted from the server, through the World Wide Web, via xml / SOAP. Data shall be collected at 15-minute intervals.

The selected contractor is responsible for lining and stripping the courts per USTA (United States Tennis Association) specifications. All lines must be sealed for optimal clarity and presentation. SCOPE OF WORK The design and construction of non-residential, on-site, recycled water facilities for use in landscape irrigation systems. Authorized uses shall comply with standards set forth herein, the User Reclamation Plan, and to any conditions, standards, and requirements set forth by the District in addition to these standard specifications. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following: all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to furnish, deliver and install recycled water pipelines, valves, and appurtenances, disconnecting existing domestic water services and replacing with new recycled water connections, removing existing backflow assemblies, installing new backflow assemblies, painting, furnishing and installing warning signs, furnishing and installing valve, sprinkler and valve cover tags; assisting in conducting the cross connection test, and other appurtenant items of work as shown and specified.
