PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Courthouse Park Renovation project consists of the demolition of a portion of the existing parking lot, sidewalks, and misc. utilities. Project improvements consist of new parking lot, sidewalks, and park amenities as shown on the project plans and specifications. – Attachment A – Reduced Scope Drawing. This drawing highlights the area that RFP #2023-03R1 will focus on. All other areas previously shown on the previous RFP are no longer part of the scope of work. ***Revised project drawings and technical specifications will be published via Addendum No. 1 prior to the scheduled pre-bid walk. – Attachment B – Backflow preventer detail “ISSM975XL2” – Attachment C – ICON Shelter drawings (for reference only).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Jackass Rock Campgrounds suffered damaged during the 2020 Creek Fire event in Madera County. The fire destroyed six (6) existing cabins, one (1) arts & crafts cabin, and three (3) water tanks. The project involves replacement of the destroyed cabins with smaller occupancy cabins and storage tanks. The total number of replacement cabins is eleven (11), two (2) of which are ADA compliant, plus the one (1) arts and crafts cabins, plus the water storage tanks as shown on the plans. **Note the published drawings are not the permitted drawings since the County is still going through the process of obtaining he Madera County Bldg. Department approval. Any updates to the drawings and/or specifications will be published via Addendum. During construction, the selected contractor(s) have the option to stay and sleep in the none damaged cabins

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: . On October of 2021, the County of Madera was selected to receive a grant from the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for the construction of six units to be located at the local Madera Rescue Mission. The scope of work includes the installation of six (6) accessory domicile units (ADU), which will be manufactured and provided by others (PreFab Innovations out of Fresno, CA), to be used as temporary housing for individuals or families in need. The selected contractor will be responsible for connection of the units to power, water, foundation, sewer to existing utility services, amongst other scope of work generally described on the project plans and specifications. on the site as shown. The portion of the site is currently occupied by a modular storage building which will be removed as part of the contractor’s scope of work.
