Scope of Work:The County of Colusa is seeking a flooring contractor (C-15 license) to install approximately 1,900 square feet of flooring with rubber base at the Health and Human Services building located at 251 E. Webster Street, Colusa, Ca. (Refer to building layout on following page). Phase 1 has been completed. This RFB is only for Phase 2. Contractor will be responsible for procuring and installing new glue down LVT in specified areas throughout the building. Contractor will be responsible for the prep of all sub floor areas that will be receiving new flooring and disposing of old materials. Contractor will provide and install Interface LVT, Level Set Collection, Natural Woodgrains, A00207 Washed Wheat with sound choice backing. Scope of Work Health and Human Services Interior Painting 251 E. Webster St., Colusa, CA 95932 The County of Colusa is seeking a painting contractor (C-33 license) to paint the interior of the Health and Human Services building located at 251 E. Webster Street, Colusa, CA. A contractor will ensure all carpeting, desks, furniture, etc. are protected from overspray. A contractor will clean and prep all wall and trim surfaces for good paint adhesion. A contractor will use appropriate materials (caulk, spackle, sheetrock mud, etc) to fill cracks, nail holes and anchor holes. If larger areas need to be patched and retextured, the texture is to match existing. The department will mark off any anchor holes that will be re-used and are not to be filled. All loose ceiling tiles need to be re-attached.
