Scope of Services The City of Brea has several upcoming projects programmed as part of the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 7-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP includes projects in the following categories: street improvements, traffic safety enhancements, water improvements, storm drain improvements, sewer improvements, facility improvements, park improvements and golf course improvements. Ongoing annual projects such as slurry seal, sidewalk replacement, sewer mainline relining, and miscellaneous water improvements will continue as funding allows. The purpose of this RFP is to contract with a consultant to provide design and civil engineering services for these projects. The City desires to contract with a civil engineering firm available to perform services on an “as-needed” basis when supplemental resources are needed. The City will issue Task Orders for each project based upon scope of services, work schedule, and fee proposal submitted to the City for its review and approval.
