Project Summary

The Consultant will provide traffic study assistance on an as-needed basis at locations to be determined. All tasks will be conducted on a work order basis. For each task performed, a specific scope of work and fee estimate will be developed by the Consultant and submitted to the City for approval prior to start of any work. This is not a retainer type of contract. Consultant will be paid only for work assigned and completed. Invoices shall be submitted monthly and shall contain sufficient detail to identify personnel, hours worked and tasks completed. The services that may be provided include, but are not limited to: Speed Data Analysis Consultant shall conduct engineering studies as defined in the California Vehicle Code for the review of all speed zones adopted by ordinance, analyze speed data and recommend speed limit changes and safety related improvements.
