SCOPE OF WORK The Madera County Public Works Department is interested in contracting with a Land Surveying Consultant who will conduct and coordinate specified tasks related to Topographic Mapping and Land Surveying Services. The work must comply with the requirements of all the following without limitation as though incorporated herein by reference: Federal laws State laws Local laws Rules and regulations of governing utility districts Rules and regulations of other authorities with jurisdiction over the procurement of products

The Project scope of this project includes, but is not limited to pathway resurfacing in four Parks: Earl Warren Park in Castro Valley, Hillcrest Knolls in San Leandro and Birchfield and Fairway Greens Park in Hayward, California. Over time, park pathways have deteriorated. Pathways in each park will be repaired, refurbished, and/or reconstructed according to the specified requirements specific to each Park. Reconstruction treatments may include grinding and paving, full asphalt or concrete pavement (re)construction, or pavement removal and restoration with alternate surfaces such as aggregate base, or decomposed granite. Project includes restoration of lawn or landscaped surfaces and irrigation affected by construction.

Description: Linear Park Node 4A – 2030 N. North Texas Recreation Center is located at 2030 N. Texas Street in the City of Fairfield, Solano County, California. North Texas Recreation Center is on 4.43 acres with access to the Linear Park pathway. The improvements include VOLUME 1 SITE IMPRVOEMENTS and VOLUME 2 BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES REQUIRED Qualified consulting teams shall be led by a California-licensed architect, and include California-licensed structural and mechanical engineers that have broad expertise in the evaluation and design of retrofitting window curtain systems, HVAC systems and low-rise elevators. The City will provide a limited Hazardous Materials Survey report for the building areas and elements to be impacted by the work. The Hazardous Materials Survey report will include laboratory testing and results for the Consultant’s use in evaluating and performing the required services.

SCOPE OF SERVICES This section describes the preliminary scope of work given Park District’s current understanding of the Project. However, the District reserves the right to modify this preliminary scope of work based on changed circumstances, the selection process, and contract negotiations with the Applicant selected for negotiations, and to do so with or without issuing a revised request for proposal (“RFP”)

SCOPE OF WORK The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing to the District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the replacement of damaged or worn roof sections. (Exhibit “A” Scope and Schedule of Services, Exhibit “B” Maps of Parks and Facility Sites and Exhibit “C” Speci fications).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The scope of work for the Corning Library Remodel Project consists of the removal of existing flooring, ceiling tiles, lighting, and other finishes as called out in the project documents; installation of new carpet tiles, lighting fixtures, casework, and other finishes throughout the building; along with the removal and installation of new restroom fixtures including ADA improvements. Please include the storefront-type Tutor Room as a Bid Alternate.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The County of Colusa (COUNTY) is requesting bids (RFB) from licensed contractors to provide and install door access controls for Behavioral Health, as more specifically detailed in the Project Specifications of this RFB. This is a public works contract subject to Department of Industrial Relations registration and payment of prevailing wage
