Scope of Services: The testing for Lead Based Paint (LBP) and Asbestos Containing Construction Materials (ACCM) was conducted in accordance with the requirements outlined the “Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Guide (4430.G) Chapter 9 (9.6.1 Lead-Based Paint and 9.6.2 Asbestos)”. The Asbestos inspection was conducted to identify the presence of any Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM) (within the specified scope) in accordance with the Federal Environmental Protection Agency Regulation 40 CFR Part 763.85 and the local Air Pollution Control District’s Asbestos Notification and Inspection Requirements.

Work on the Project must be performed in strict conformity with Specification No. SV 24- 26 as adopted by the City’s City Manager on June 26, 2024, which is filed with the City’s Public Works Department. Copies of these plans and specifications may be obtained by prospective bidders from the City Engineer for a non-refundable fee of $30, plus $10.00 mailing fee, if mailed.

Scope of Work: Bids shall be submitted only for the items and/or services as stated in the Scope of Work and the Model Contract, Attachment A; bids for other than the items and/or services listed will not be considered.

SCOPE OF WORK Contractor will furnish labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary for site work and construction of a steel solider pile retaining wall, excavation and backfill, compact and repair travel lane, drainage improvements, concrete barrier and slab, railing, erosion control and revegetation. The Contractor shall include in its bid and provide labor, tools, equipment, and materials for a complete and working project in conformance with the intent shown on the drawings and specified herein and as provided for and set forth in said plans, special provisions, and any addendum that may be issued prior to the date of bid, or in either of them, which said plans and special provisions are hereby referred to by such reference, incorporated herein, and made a part of this Contract.

Scope of Services The Tahoe City Public Utility District is inviting qualified Design-Builders experienced in the design and construction of water distribution systems to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the purpose of competing to be on a short-list to provide Proposals for design and construction services for approximately 50% of the Tahoe Cedars Water System Replacement Project.

Description of Work: Installation of new field devices, boxes, raceways, supports, wire and cable, auxiliary power supplies, power, interface connections, new XLSV fire alarm control panels, programming, terminations, etc. Commission and test new devices and demo existing equipment, wiring, and raceways denoted on provided plans. NOW, THEREFORE, if Principal shall not withdraw said Bid within the time period specified after the Bid Deadline, as defined in the Bidding Documents, or within 60 days after the Bid Deadline if no time period be specified, and, if selected as the apparent lowest responsible Bidder.

Scope of Work Quarry Road Operational Improvement Project The intent of this project is to a) upgrade aging infrastructure related to traffic signal operations including traffic signal cabinets, video detection systems, and accessible pedestrian signal (APS) pushbuttons, b) to implement an automated traffic signal performance measurement (ATSPM) system to monitor and optimize operations on an ongoing basis, and c) [TO BE DONE BY OTHERS] develop and implement an optimized time of day coordinated signal timing plan.

Scope of Services The project, this project includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, fabrication, equipment, and materials for rehabilitating six (6) existing wells and drilling two (2) new wells. While rehabilitating existing wells and drilling new wells, all work must be phased as to not reduce existing pumping capacity.

Scope of Services The work to be undertaken at Chaparral Park, John Marshall Park, Pearson Park, and Ross Park consists of resurfacing, repairing, and painting basketball and tennis courts.

Scope of Services The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of (1) distributing notices to affected residents; (2) traffic control; (3) construction surveying; (4) removing existing asphalt or concrete streets/alleys, alley approaches, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and driveways; (5) constructing new concrete streets/alleys, alley approaches, sidewalks, curb and gutter and driveways; (6) adjusting and/or installing new City utilities to grade; (7) installing new traffic striping; (8) coordinating with subcontractors to adjust utility facilities raised to grade; (9) removing existing hardscaping and pavement as needed for contract work; and (10) other incidental items to be completed in work places required by the Contract Documents. All construction for the work shall reference these Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, and all Contract related documents.
