High Speed Wide Area Network (WAN) Services

To provide a high-speed, state-of-the-art data communications Wireless Area Network (WAN) service to connect its 16 school sites and two instructional Facilities with the District Office.

Audio-Video Conferencing Equipment and Installation

Project goal and objectives – Older technology has reached end-of-support. Updated audio-visual conferencing technology will modernize and expand meeting capabilities, ensuring compatibility, seamless integration, and a consistent design with DCSS’ existing Webex solution in the Loma Linda, Ontario, and Victorville locations, as well as continuity of operations and enhanced staff training.

Traffic Engineering on-Call Services

In general, this contract anticipates the need for on-call traffic engineering and ancillary consulting services to develop conceptual designs for stand-alone projects that feature complete streets concepts (e.g., roundabouts, curb extensions, raised crosswalks, bike facilities), conduct benefit-cost ratio analysis and produce exhibits (e.g., vicinity/location maps, benefit-cost ratios, project renderings) for grant applications with a focus on complete streets concepts, develop concepts and designs that create unique, interesting places that reflect the diverse values, culture, and heritage of the local community

Healdsburg Avenue Complete Streets Project

The City of Healdsburg (City) is seeking a qualified consultant team with relevant experience and knowledge to prepare preliminary plans, environmental and right-of-way documents, and final plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E), for the Healdsburg Avenue Complete Streets Project, between Powell Avenue and the northern City limits (see Attachment A – Location Map). The Healdsburg Avenue Complete Streets concept plan, between Powell Avenue and the northern City limits, was developed through the work of the Healdsburg Avenue Improvement Study and subsequent grant application for Active Transportation Program (ATP) funding.

Niblick Road and Appaloosa Drive Pedestrian Improvements

The work shall include but is not limited to, demolition and removal of existing curbs, gutters, and sidewalks and the installation of new curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. Installation of an RRFB assembly and appurtenant structures, and paving and striping, all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein.

Salinas River Segment of Recycled Water Distribution System

The Project consists of constructing a segment of 24-inch ductile iron and 26-inch HDPE recycled water piping between the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant and the River Oaks neighborhood using horizontal directional drilling under the Salinas River and open-cut construction.

17th Street Water & Sewer Pipeline Upgrades

The work shall include but is not limited to, abandoning and removal of existing water and sewer pipelines, installation of new pipes, reconnecting sewer lateral and water services, reconnecting new pipes to an existing system, sewer by-passing, and final trench restoration, all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein.

On‐Call Railroad Inspection and Rail Operations Services

The Port of Long Beach (POLB), Tenant Services & Operations Division is proceeding with developing and improving various railroad facilities, along with oversight of existing related facilities within and outside the marine terminals. The scope of services includes railroad inspection; rail operations and safety; and other general railroad-related projects which will span several years.

SOQ Design-Build Solar System Facilities

The Long Beach Unified School District (“District”) is requesting the submission of a statement of qualifications (“SOQ(s)” or “Response(s)”) from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations (“DBE(s)” or “Firm(s)”) to assess, design, build, and commission solar system facilities at Multiple District sites.
