Ben Lomond Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation

The projects will rehabilitate approximately 15,035 feet of existing 12- to 15-inch diameter corroded non-reinforced concrete pipe (NRCP) and 672 feet of existing 15-inch diameter vitrified clay pipe (VCP) on the Ben Lomond Trunk Sewer and Puddingstone Trunk Sewer Section 2 with cured-in-place pipe liner and sixty-three (63) manholes with a protective coating system. The project location consists of the Cities of Covina, Glendora, La Verne, San Dimas, and the Unincorporated Area of Los Angeles County.

2023 Senior/Disabled Home Repair Program – McNeely

The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform some/all repairs listed within the provided scope of work located within Hemet’s city limits, in accordance with the included bid specifications.

2022/23 Citywide Slurry Seal

The work generally consists of the slurry sealing of streets under the 2022/23 CITYWIDE SLURRY SEAL Project, CIP No. 5748. The work will include mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, site preparation and street sweeping, crack filling, removal of all thermoplastic traffic legends and raised pavement markers, calibration, and test strips, applying Type 2 slurry, restriping of all traffic markings, installation of all traffic legends in a thermoplastic application, installation of all raised traffic markers, stormwater and erosion control, public notification, and other miscellaneous work, and labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary for the project as described in these documents.

Well 17A Emergency Generator Project

The Well 17A Emergency Generator Project will construct civil improvements including the construction of a new driveway, generator pad, and new perimeter fencing, and install a new City-furnished emergency generator, Diesel particulate filter, generator enclosure, and an external fuel tank to supply emergency power to the Well 17A and the Ion Exchange Treatment Plant.

Construction Management Services

TheselectedConstructionManagementfirm(“CM”),shallproviderequiredconstructionmanagement services for the Project. The CM shall provide those services with special emphasis on construction efficiency, cost control, schedule control, document control, contractor compliance, and management of information. The services required include, without limitation, the following general categories: Communication with the Owner; Working with the Owner’s Architect; Observation of the Project; Construction of the Project; As-Built Drawings; Additional Services of CM; Preparation, and performance of services pursuant to an estimated time schedule; Maintenance of records of direct personnel and reimbursable expenses and other matters; Cooperation with the Owner’s DVBE compliance requirements and goals.

Reclamation District 17 Levee Access Gates

The scope of work to be performed under this contract is generally described as the provision of materials and construction of two (2) steel tunnel gates and two (2) steel pipe gates to control access to Reclamation District 17’s levees on the San Joaquin River in Lathrop.
