General work description: Friendship Park is a County-owned community park located between Alicia Avenue and Cottonwood Avenue, southeast of Feather River Boulevard. The park is accessible from both Alicia and Cottonwood Avenue. Local Hmong community members have created an informal community garden that encompasses nearly seven acres of the park. The project will enhance and preserve this amazing cultural landmark. The remainder of Friendship Park is largely undeveloped, with less than two acres of land having amenities.
