SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for this project includes the following general and specific tasks: General Review and evaluate existing pertinent documentation. Establish a single point of contact (i.e., a Project Manager) and commit that person for the duration of the project to communicate with the City’s Project Manager and provide timely information pertaining to project issues. Foster an open line of communication with all stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered in a satisfactory manner. Prepare and submit bi-weekly (every other week) written project status reports, which provide budget and schedule updates and identify issues early on. Discuss and resolve those issues with City staff before they become problems. To the extent possible, the bi-weekly status reports should be limited to a single page. Produce high quality reports, drawings, specifications, applications, exhibits, and professional oral presentations as required for approvals. The scope of design services is comprehensive and includes the preparation of final design documents, pre-construction/bidding services, limited engineering services during the construction (ESDC) and preparation of record drawings as further defined below

Scope of Services The City of San Clemente is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assess and remediate concrete sidewalk trip hazards from ¼” to 2” at surveyed or designated areas within the city. The budget for the one-year maintenance services contract is $200,000 and shall include, but not be limited to, all services described in the project scope below. Remediation services must completely remove trip hazards from one end of the raised sidewalk joint to another. This scope also includes inspection and data reporting of sidewalks throughout the city.

SCOPE OF SERVICES Vendors replying to this RFP are asked to provide pricing for the services listed below. All pricing must be comprehensive and include any and all costs related to installation, materials, equipment, labor, system design, engineering, on-going service, maintenance, as-needed repairs and support of the related services. Vendors also must provide service descriptions that include measures to ensure the privacy, security, reliability and faulttolerance of the network. The City of San Clemente is responsible for maintenance and operation of 180 miles of gravity sewer mains and 60 miles of storm drain pipelines. In order to ensure proactive maintenance the City is seeking an experienced pipeline rehabilitation firm to provide on-call Sewer Rehabilitation and Video Inspection services. Work includes but is not limited to traffic control, pipe cleaning, root removal, sewer video inspection (pre and post installation), bypass pumping and rehabilitation of existing sewer by installation of CIPP liner, including reestablishment of impacted lateral connections, storm drain video inspection and cleaning.
