DESCRIPTION The project will consist of providing Civil/Structural plans with cost estimates and specifications, background investigations and required environmental studies as listed in the approved Caltrans PES form (attached), and subsequent regulatory agency permitting and processing for the proposed project site. The project includes a hydrology study/drainage study per San Bernardino County Flood Control standards to size the bridge/box culvert and extent of channel improvements and transition structures. SCOPE OF WORK San Bernardino County encompasses 20,105 square miles, consisting of a land area of 20,057 square miles and water area of 48 square miles, and is the largest county in the continental United States. It borders Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange, Inyo and Kern counties and the states of Arizona and Nevada. The County’s Innovation and Technology Department is responsible for providing a variety of information technology (IT) services to all County departments, special districts, and other federal, state, and local government agencies. Radio communication facilities, including radio towers and their attached equipment such as feedlines, microwave dishes, radio antennas, and supporting components facilitate mobile and base station radio communications.

SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and undertake all efforts necessary or appropriate to construct the Project in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, all governmental approvals, all Applicable Law, and all other applicable safety, environmental and other requirements taking into account the constraints affecting the Project Site. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Contract, all materials, services and efforts necessary to achieve Final Completion of the Project and elements thereof on or before the deadlines provided in the Contract Documents shall be Contractor’s sole responsibility. The costs of all such materials, services and efforts are included in the Contract Sum.

Description The site is located in the east side of Prado Regional Park, east of the Prado Reservoir at the southern terminus of a small parking lot in the City of Chino, San Bernardino County, California. The geographic position of the site is Latitude 33.9401855° and Longitude -117.6424579° (Figure 1). Elevation at the site is about 555 feet above sea level. The site is currently partially paved with asphalt and partially unpaved. Vegetation, where occurs, is a light cover of grasses.
