– Scope of services The selected consultants will primarily support Agency staff with the review of drainage studies for various development projects within the unincorporated County. The drainage study review aims to verify that modeling techniques are appropriate and to ensure compliance with hydrology and hydraulics standards, and as applicable, stormwater quality regulatory requirements. Reviews will also include verification that drainage studies are consistent with modeling and calculations. The size and complexity of drainage studies will vary based on the level of detail needed for each project, per the Sacramento County Drainage Study Requirements. Drainage studies for development projects range from large master plan areas to small infill projects. Selected consultants will be expected to be able to access and review commonly used modeling software such as HEC-RAS, XPStorm, StormCAD, etc. as well as the Sacramento County hydrology calculator, SacCalc, Sacramento Area Hydrology Model (SAHM) and Low Impact Development credit and treatment sizing calculation spreadsheet.

SCOPE OF WORK The County of Sacramento Department of Parks and Recreation desires to contract for interior and exterior painting of its Gibson Ranch House. The Ranch House is part of Gibson Ranch Regional Park, located at 8556 Gibson Ranch Road., Elverta CA, 95843. The interior consists of five rooms: a bridal quarters, groom’s quarters; catering kitchen, and two large rooms, a women’s restroom, men’s restroom and two storage closets. The total area is approximately 3600 square feet. Exterior shall be painted a light white/cream color with dark grey trim. Interior main rooms and kitchen shall be painted a white/cream color with wood a dark brown/black trim, and the bridal and groom’s quarters shall be painted Sage Green with white trim. Scope of Services The scope of work involves refining the City of Sacramento’s InfoWorks ICM 2D model to produce FEMA-compliant flood hazard maps for the Combined Sewer System (CSS). The consultant will prepare certified topographic maps, annotated FIRM panels, and application materials for FEMA’s LOMR/PMR process, addressing any FEMA comments. Description of Project: The existing drainage system in the project area is deficient and necessitates the proposed improvements: Installation of approximately 1,900 linear feet of drainage pipe, four (4) new storm drain manholes, and two (2) new storm drain inlets; and replacement of five (5) storm drain manholes, and seven (7) undersized existing drain inlets and undersized pipe laterals. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work shall be covered under a per-acre contract for Sacramento County- owned natural and open space areas with the primary purpose of reducing fire hazards as specified in this RFP. The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to provide managed livestock grazing services for the natural and open space areas located within Sacramento County according to the scope of services outlined in this RFP and shall be provided as requested by Regional Parks. The areas grazed should be scheduled to accomplish the goal of reducing fire hazards with one pass just prior to annual grasses sensing. It is acknowledged that the timing is weather dependent, but all first pass grazing activities shall be completed by June 30 each year. If necessary, a second pass may be requested by Regional Parks at the same per-acre cost rate. Prior to grazing activities each year, the Contractor and Regional Parks shall meet to coordinate planned grazing activities that will include the schedule and location of grazing activities with consideration given to balancing the fire hazard reduction needs and the nutritional need of the animals, as well as any preparation/actions that may be needed in advance of grazing.

UC Davis Health’s 142-acre campus is served by central heating and cooling plant (“Central Plant”) built in 1998 and is nearly at its utility capacity and requires an upgrade. Starting in 2019, UC Davis Health undertook a comprehensive utilities master planning effort to outline the infrastructure and facilities needed to address future healthcare, education, research, and teaching needs on the Sacramento campus and in the greater Sacramento region. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Bay Door Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

SCOPE OF WORK The County of Sacramento is modifying existing Terminal A and Concourse B facilities to add gate capacity to meet forecasted aviation demand. The project includes a base bid and 4 additive alternates. Phase 1 is the construction of the Base Bid which includes the installation of two (2) new Passenger Loading Bridges (PLB) – Two (2) at Concourse B (Gates B2 and Gate B3). This phase also includes relocation of one (1) existing PLB and equipment (Gate B5). Phase 2 is the construction of the first three additive alternates. Additive Alternative No. 1 includes the installation of up to 5 new passenger loading bridges with the Concourse B West expansion project. Additive alternate No. 2 is the installation of an additional (6th) New Passenger Loading Bridge with the Concourse B West Expansion Project. Additive Alternative No. 3 is the installation of two additional (7th and 8th) New Passenger Loading Bridges with the Concourse B West Expansion Project. Phase 2 is also the construction of Additive Alternate 4 which includes the installation of one (1) new Passenger Loading Bridges (PLB) at Terminal A (Gate A18). This phase also includes relocation of one (1) existing PLB and equipment (Gate A17).
