SCOPE OF WORK Upon award, the selected respondent will be required to perform all Plumbing Contractor scope of work for the requirements included in the California Energy Commission (CEC) CalSHAPE Plumbing Program Guidelines (Attachment 2). Scope of work applies to the attached list of school sites and associated funding (Attachment 1).

PROJECT SCOPE The selected Firm shall perform design (preparation of plans and specifications), construction, installation, and commissioning services (“Services”) for the assessment, testing, and maintenance; filter installation; and CO2 monitor installation at multiple District sites (“Site”) pursuant to the CalSHAPE program. The selected form shall perform the Services within the project Schedule and Project Budget, all as further detailed in Attachment 1, and based on the District’s Project criteria attached hereto as Attachment 2 (“Project Criteria”). This is the “Project.”

Notice is hereby given that RIM OF THE WORLD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT has elected to participate in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Public projects, as defined by this Act and in accordance with the limits listed in Section 22032 of the Public Contract code, will be contracted by informal procedures as set forth in Sections 22032-22045 of the Public Contract Code. All licensed contractors are invited to submit the name of their firm to the Agency for inclusion in the Agency’s list of qualified bidders for Calendar Year 2025.

Apply Seamless roof membrane materials to provide a watertight roof assembly that meets WeatherWeld warranty requirements. Encapsulate entire roof area. Apply Anti-Skid Coating to entire roof surface. Install Flashings and Accessories.
